May 31, 2010 – Monday: Yoga at the Haddows Park

Standard stuff, except that I am becoming a little bit braver to try a few asanas which I would earlier, simply watch. Not that trying = doing, but at least trying = trying 🙂

Even now, there are quite a few where I watch, but now, I feel a little less guilty about those.

Need to be a lot more regular to improve though. I am still the same rigid and stiff mass I have always been. Now, I average < 1 yoga session per week. So, for the moment, my aim should be to get that at least to twice a week and then start praying for improvement.
