I hate my lack of flexibility. I am ridiculously stiff and it gets to me sometimes, like today.

I can do (at least try hard) on most stuff which does not require me to bend, twist, turn, lean, stretch, extend etc => which means straightforward work like lunges, squats, rows, presses are ok;

Stiff-leg deadlifts and Turkish get-ups with weights are not.

Today we had both of these and I struggled. On the deadlifts, once I could bend my knees (i.e. not stiff-leg any more), then I was alright, but boy, I struggled on the Turkish get-ups with weights.
