How do you keep yourself motivated to go to the gym and do all the workouts by yourself? Running outside, or for that matter any other sport seems to be different from going to a gym to workout. The gym is a bit of a chore.

I’ve been doing it for the last couple of days with an hour each day, working the upper body on Monday and the lower on Tuesday. But, couldn’t keep the motivation up for the 3rd day. Shrugged it off and trying to think up and excuse right now. Probably “rest” is a decent one for now.
