With McKinsey Ramesh and Senthil with a plan to do kilometer repeats starting from Dimensions.

There was a slight pain in the calf even as we started off, but the pain increased and after 3k, I was limping a little though not so evident. The pain was not terrible, but still a constant, throbbing one. I had read somewhere that you can still run if there is pain but does not force you to hobble, limp or even change the way you run. But, if it does that, it would be better to stop.

So, took it easy, and turned back at Malar. The pain eased a bit and so even attempted a quick last 1k to check how it feels and the pain returned. So, did 6.2k in 36 minutes.

Got home, iced it a bit and now (5 hours later) it feels much better. Think I’ll take it easy anyway for the next 3-4 days.

    :-). No pain at all today. Think I’ll go easy for the next week to 10 days. No choice anyway I think :-).
