Aug 9, 2010 – Monday

This one is simple – Nothing.

Aug 10, 2010 – Tuesday

I woke up at 5:30, but then figured that the gym opens only at 6:30, and so went for a 30 minute slow run andextended it to a 5k which was done in about 35 minutes or so. Got back just as the Gym opened.

Did a little bit of lower weights at the superb Ozone gym at Park Town and Country Club, Gurgaon. Great facilities and though time was an issue, I squeezed in about 30 minutes of lower body strength training as well.

Aug 11, 2010 – Wednesday

Jeff Galloway once tweeted: “Strapped for time – run for 10 minutes”. I guess I always wanted to do that – run without caring for distance, calories, speed etc. 🙂

I went to the Gym, and the Crowne Plaza, Bangalore gym is alright – just alright. I didn’t run, but got on to the Elliptical machine for a 20 minute easy workout. It felt pretty good actually to do that. 🙂

Aug 12, 2010 – Thursday

This one is simple again – Nothing.

Aug 13, 2010 – Friday

Back in Madras. Went to Sterling club and ran 5.6k in 36 minutes on the treadmill (including warm-up and cooldown). Did a little bit of lower weights and got home.
