July 29, 2010 – Thursday: Light weights at Sterling club

Similar to last Saturday – ran slowly to Sterling club and did some lower body strength training using light weights. Same, standard set of exercises that I know – Leg raises, ham-curls, leg press, half-squats and calf raises.

But, this time instead of that vibrating machine, I also did some core exercises – plank, bridge, and some crunches.

It gets a little boring to do <whatever> by yourself and so was out of there in about 45 minutes.

This time, the run was not that pleasant and was struggling. So, that light and relaxed run must be because of that vibrating machine. 🙂

Run (up and down) put together was ~3k in ~20 minutes.
