May 14, 2010 – Friday: A little bit of core..

I woke up at 6:15 or so and immediately set off to the park to join the yoga jingbang which starts at 6:30 – or so, I thought. Apparently, they are starting early to beat the summer heat and had already started at 6.

I could have joined half-way, but didn’t want to. So, got back home and did a little bit of stretches and some core exercises at home.

There is really not much of motivation to do it by myself and so as usual, it was just a tick in the box.

Core stabilization: 30 secs face down Planks, 20 sec of side Planks either side, 30 secs bridges and 20 secs Superman.

Strengthening: 25 crunches.

Done. See what I mean about the tick – 🙂
