Feb 20, 2010 – Saturday: Weights at Jakarta

Reached Jakarta and checked into the hotel at around 20:00 or just past that.

Convinced Praveen to come with me to the fitness centre. The fitness centre, here at Crowne Plaza, is quite nice. Very nice, infact. Not at the level of the Novotel at Seoul, but this is pretty good too.

Started at around 9. We did some overall light weights, but full body workout. Did 2 * 10 sets of (again, repeat, very light weights) chest <whatever>, lat pull, seated row, shoulder raises, ab crunches, squats, leg press, ham curls and leg raises. I know – that sounds great, but to be honest, it was very light weights – no intention to actually work out, but more to feel better at the gym and get to know the machines. 🙂

Stretched and got back to the room by 10:00, spoke to Deeps and slept at 11:30 in a nice, massive, comfortable bed with huge pillows.
