A very small, slow run, light weights and yoga

Mixed day today – took everything light. Did a small warm-up run of ~3km. Did some real light weights and then went to haddows road park to join the yoga session there. Of all things, I strained my back doing yoga! :-). But, it’s just a light strain – not too bad and am sure will go away soon.
