Jan 27, 2010 – Wednesday: Ah! Did some lower weights, but felt lousy

Ah! Today was one of those off days when I didn’t feel like doing anything and had to push myself to do something.

Really trudged out of bed at 5:15, did some yoga and drove to the club. Reached by around 6:15. Ran ~2.5k –s l o w l y– for warm up. Did about 20 odd mins of lower body weights – squats, extensions, leg presses, calf raises – all 2 sets and done. Didn’t feel good at all.

If not for the documented plan, I would have skipped and slept. So, score one for having written a plan. A tick is a tick.
