Jan 9, 2009 – Saturday: ~15k LSD with Chenthil

Today was probably why the term LSD (Long, slow, distance) was coined by the CRs.

Here we go: http://bit.ly/8TSWSg

Really liked the route that we took today. It was very pleasant, most of it was off the main roads and through Abhiramipuram-Mylapore tree lined side streets to Marina and back.

Ram had tweeted sometime back that there were no toilets at the Marina. Someone obviously heard him.

The weather was terrific as well and it was just about perfect for a nice, long, slow run. Enjoyed this one today. 🙂

Hey – just as we were about to finish, we saw a beauty at the Boatclub:

What a beauty

What a beauty!
