Running targets for 2010

Set by Ram – and agreed.

1) Monthly mileage of 200 kms

2) Weekly mileage of 50 kms

3) No skipping of runs 2 days in a row.

4) 2 full marathons in 2010 – suggested Hyderabad (Aug) and Chicago (Oct); Alternate choice is Singapore (Nov)

5) Target weight – 73 kgs

Though not discussed and agreed completely, I also propose that there can be some ‘equivalent’ mileage for cross training (cycling, rowing, any other gym-based cardio).

How does it sound? Any other target proposals?

    Ada poda – This is blogware – Not even toilet paper if not implemented.

    Ram and Shankar set it – I simply adopted them. Infact, Shankar has an additional target which is – “Each run to be minimum 8kms and above in distance”
